How It Works

To create your document sharing page, send us the documents and any special notes, descriptions and instructions for each document. We will design a custom, professional looking portal page with your logo and branding colors.  Your portal pages are unique to each partner and each user will have a private login account. Frequently Asked Questions

All you have to do is provide us with the documents and document descriptions. We take care of page creation and user account administration. We create a separate domain to host your portal that uses your company name (e.g., www.yourcompanyportal.com). Once we have your content, your page(s) will be ready to launch within two to three days.

Under our Basic Pricing Model you will be provided training and documentation to update portal user accounts and update documents. Under the Premium Pricing Model, we will manage user accounts (add, delete, issue initial passwords) and add new documents or replace existing documents as they are revised.

Yes, we can create separate pages with different access restrictions and different content for each partner. You decide which partner sees what content.

Onboarding Process

1. You need the representative’s first name, last name, and email address.
2. Create a user profile and send the user an email notification with their username, initial password, and a link to your page.
3. The user can now login, access your content, and change their password.
